Terms and Conditions
The above information provided by VA is collated from various reliable sources but regulations from Embassies, Immigration authorities and other Government agencies can change without notice. Sometimes, these changes do not appear on their website or official medium.
* We apply for Visa on your/your client’s behalf but we do not control or guarantee the outcome of Visa application submitted by us.
* Visa fee and our processing charges are payable in advance and are non-refundable once we start the process of visa application.
* Please ensure that the passport is valid for at least 6 months after the exit date of the final visa in order to be eligible for the visa application process.
* The passport must have at least 1 blank page free of all stamps for each visa applied for.
* If agent or client makes a mistake on visa forms or have not completed all sections of the forms, it may cause a delay or rejection of the visa application.
* If photos are not attached to the forms adequately or if they are of wrong colour, proportion or quality, visa application runs the risk of not being processed or rejected without any refund of fee paid.
* Agent is advised not to make any travel arrangements in the destinations where client is travelling to, until correct visas have been put in the passport.
* If agent has made travel arrangements but they do not receive the correct visas, VA will not accept any responsibility for any losses, cost recovery, refunds, inconvenience or delays.
* Even after having the correct visas and correct paperwork, entry into the country is not guaranteed, and the country may change their requirements of entry at any time with no prior warning or intimation.
* VA is not in any way confirming that visas will be received or on time or that the client will have guaranteed entry into the country to which the client is travelling. VA is solely aiding the visa application process and has no power themselves to issue a visa. Fees will not be refunded in the case the embassy or other authorities refuses to issue a visa.
* There is no accurate way to provide exact timings in receiving a visa as each embassy may change the rules at any time and can do so without any warning or reason.
* Visa application fees paid are only for the Embassy to view the visa application and there is no guarantee that visa will be granted. If refused, the Embassy is under no obligation to provide any reason or warning as to why the visa has been rejected.
* Even if a visa has been issued, entry into that country is not guaranteed as local Immigration Authorities reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual, based on their own reasons.
* VA may engage with third party companies during the process of applying for a visa on behalf of agent. Agent authorises VA to pass on client’s personal data and passport details to a third party, who is directly involved in processing the visa application. VA will not pass on any personal information to any third party who does not require it or are not directly involved in the visa application process.
* VA will ask for personal information which is only relevant to the visa application process and/or letter of invitation. VA will only pass the data onto third parties such as foreign government bodies or service providers required throughout the visa application process, who will be responsible for client’s personal data. In regard to the third party company involved, their involvement is limited only to offering assistance.
* VA will handle and process client’s personal data strictly according to our Privacy Policy guidelines.
* VA does not accept any financial, actual or consequential responsibility for any loss, damage, misprint or delay of documents while they are outside VA’s possession (like, documents in possession of the appropriate Embassy or courier service) or any other third party company.
* In case of unforeseen/accidental loss or damage to client’s passport and supporting documents while in VA’s possession, VA shall be liable to the actual cost of replacement of passport only, to the maximum of NZ$ 500 per passport.
* VA will not be held liable for any passport and/or supporting documents received in damaged state either from agent.
* VA will not be held liable for any passport and/or supporting documents damaged or lost by embassy or while in courier either from/to agent or from/to the embassy.
* Visa and entry regulations keep changing without any public notices and while VA will endeavour to keep itself updated with all new developments, there could be instances where our information becomes invalid and obsolete due to any change from any embassy. VA will not be held liable for giving inaccurate information in such cases.
* In the unlikely case of a wrong, invalid or obsolete advice given out to agent by VA, VA will accept responsibility only if advice was given in writing (and not verbal) and while VA will do utmost to resolve the issue, VA will accept a maximum liability of NZ$500 for giving such advice. VA will not be held responsible for any other losses or inconveniences to the client.
* No translation services are offered by VA, and VA does not verify any information about visa issues.
* VA does not accept any responsibility for any loss of any kind caused by any inaccuracies created by Embassies or other third party companies. In any such situation, VA will do whatever they can to check and correct any errors should they arise, however VA will not accept any responsibility for delays to travel arrangement, which has already been advised to not make until correct visas have arrived.
